Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer the following return and refund terms:

Return Period
You have the right to return products within 30 days of receiving them. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@nordicscomforts.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Please note that we cannot accept returns sent to any address other than the specified return address. Pack your return carefully, and feel free to use the same packaging (bag or box) that the product was shipped in.

Refunds for received and approved returns will be processed within 14 days.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@nordicscomforts.com and include details and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem quickly and smoothly.

Refund
Once we have received and approved your return, the refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method, which may take up to 14 business days depending on your bank’s processing time. If you paid via invoice, please report the return in the Klarna app or contact their customer service. Your invoice will be paused until we handle your return. Then, it will be credited if you returned the entire order.
